Be patient with new hires!\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">Depending on where they\u2019ve come from and their experience level, they may be on a steep learning curve.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Don\u2019t assume they know all best practices, code requirements, or processes when plumbing a post, installing ledger boards, etc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">\u201cGive step-by-step instructions and set expectations.
