Reflecting serves to keep you on track and make sure you\u2019re doing what you need to be doing. It lets you reaffirm that your to-do list is current so you can focus your energy and attention effectively. Plus, it helps you stay aware of tasks that may not impact short-term success but must be completed to reap significant long-term benefits.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #648e65;\"><b>PRACTICAL TIPS FOR REFLECTING PURPOSEFULLY<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"p2\"><b>Set aside a dedicated day and time of the week<\/b>\u2014such as early Saturday morning as you enjoy a cup of coffee\u2014to review your calendar and to-do list.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\"><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Schedule time to clean out your <\/b><b style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u201cin\u201d boxes.<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\"> This means all of them, whether physical or online\u2014your USPS mailbox, notes on your desk, email, and the cab of your work truck.
